Day 01: Arrival at Dubai

Once you complete all formalities at Dubai immigration, you can come to the waiting area and our driver will be right there for Pick up with a Placard of your name. Enjoy the comfortable drive from Airport to the Hotel with our reliable airport pick up service. After check in formalities in hotel and Dinner. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 02: Dubai City Tour + Burj Kalifa

After breakfast at hotel, you will be proceed for Half Day Dubai City tour with English and Hindi speaking tour guide with Jumeirah Beach, Burj Kalifa 124^th Floor, Atlantis, Lamer Beach tour. Lunch at Indian restaurant. You Can also explore In Dubai Mall and with Fountain show at Non prime hours tour with transfer. Dinner at Indian restaurant and overnight stay at hotel.

Day 03: Miracle Garden Tour Ticket + Global Village Tour

After breakfast at hotel go for Miracle garden tour –Dubai Miracle Garden is the world’s largest natural flower garden, home to 150 million flowers of different varieties and is among the top tourist. Lunch at Indian restaurant. After that you can also visit Global village Tour – Global Village in Dubai is located on Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road E 311 road Dubai. It combines cultures of 90 countries across the world at one place. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel.

Day 04: Shopping + Desert Safari Tour

After your sumptuous breakfast, proceed to half day Meena Bazar and Gold Souk Shopping tour and Lunch at Indian restaurant. Post lunch you will visit your most exciting Desert safari with Red sand Dune bashing with BBQ Dinner and Tanura, Belly Dance, Fire show, Camel Ride and Hena Painting with 4 By 4 Wheel Drive. Transfer to hotel, Dinner and overnight stay at hotel.

Day 05: Abu Dhabi City tour + Grand Mosque + Marina Dhow Cruise

After breakfast, you will visit for Abu Dhabi City tour with English & Hindi speaking guide with Grand Mosque. Lunch at Indian restaurant. Qasr al watan palace tour visit. Evening you can go for Marina Dhow Cruise dinner with private transfer. Overnight stay at hotel

Day 06: Departure

After breakfast, check out from hotel and transfer to airport for your onwards journey to Bhubaneswar.

PAYMENT POLICY :-

25% booking amount of Hotel and ground package cost to initiate a booking, Except Flight fare.
75% amount of Hotel& ground cost (excluding flight cost) after the all confirmation/holding regarding your booking on or before 30-days of Travel
Full payment is required before 07 days of the travel date.
If the package is booked within 07 days of travel date 100 % amount of total tour cost Should be paid regarding your booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY: –

More than 45 days of travel date NO charges applies
44 to 20 days before the travel date 25% of ground package cost
19 to 07 days before the travel date 50% of ground package cost
6 days before the travel date 100% of ground package cost
Flight cancellation as per airlines policy + service charge + tax.
Cruise cancellation as per cruise policy + service charge + tax.
Visa cost total non-refundable once visa processed.

TERMS AND CONDITION :-

Rates mentioned above are valid for Indian nationals only until and unless specified along with quotation.
The quotations are given without holding any confirmed reservations either in the airlines, hotels, cruise and transport. Once the quotation is accepted by the guest and advance amount is deposited either in Cheque / cash to process the reservation, the booking is processed at our end. In case we are unable to get the confirmations then the deposited amount shall be refunded to the guest. For the packages which are booked under our Airline Group Packages the airline tickets might be delivered 2 days before the departure of the group.
Base category rooms will be booked in Hotels until and unless specified in the quotation. In case the rooms are not available in selected hotel, rooms shall be booked in similar hotel or higher category rooms where you had to paid the differences.
Any date amendments in the air tickets will be considered as cancellation only and new tickets are issued under new applicable fare at the time of issuance of ticket and cancellation charges are applicable for the cancelled tickets as per airline policy.
Any amendments in the date or itinerary are to be intimated us in writing and amended confirmation depends on the availability of given hotels on requested dates. Cancellation policy shall be applicable in such case.
In a tour package, no refund shall be made for unutilized services. It is on guest’s discretion whether to take service or not.
Please carry your valid Identity proof card (passport in case of International travel) containing your photograph as it is required at the airport and during check in at hotels. Pan card is not a valid identity proof so please don’t carry that with you.
The check in and check-out time of most of the hotels is 02 PM to 12 PM and number of meals including breakfast is always corresponding to the no. of nights booked by the guest. The hotel does not provide breakfast on the day of arrival.
For early check in and late check outs payments are to be settled directly by the guest at the hotel.
Supreme Tourism LLC can assist you in processing visa for international travel but can’t assure your visa and in case of failure of visa process, the cancellation policy will be applicable and will be charged from client.
In case of International travel, rates may vary based on change of ROE or any other fluctuation in international market or subject to availability.
