Breakfast in the Hotel. Full Day Conference followed by Gala Dinner.

Day 3 : Goa

Breakfast in the Hotel. free time for shopping or enjoy on the beach. Later board the flight/train for your hometown. Tour Concludes.

• 2 Nights Hotel Accommodation in 3 Star hotel  in Twin Sharing basis
• Daily Breakfast at hotel
• 1 Day Conference with Gala Dinner
• 1 Day North Goa Beach Orientation Tour
• All Transfer and sightseeing as per the itinerary
• A Tour Manager Cum – Escort through out the tour

Package Exclusions:

• Expenses of any personal nature (phone calls, laundry etc).
• Anything not mention in the Itinerary
• Any Services not mentioned in the “Inclusions”

Payment Terms :
Advance 50% payment to book your seat
100% balance payment at least 30 days before the commencement of tour
Refund policy in case of cancellation:
80% of total cost if cancelled 60 days or more before the commencement of tour
50% of total cost if cancelled 30 days to 59 days before the commencement of tour
20% of total cost if cancelled 16 days to 29 days before the commencement of tour
No refund if cancelled 15 days or lesser before the commencement of tour

Term and Conditions:

• The above rates are based on minimum 20 persons travelling together
• Child below 12 years can share the bed with the parents with an extra cost.
• Airfares may change without any notice at any time during the validity of the package.
• Rates are subject to change based on availability and date of travel (Peak season/ Conference/ Holiday period surcharges would apply).
• Weekend surcharge may be applicable if any.
• International check in time is 1200 hours, check out time is 1100 hours. Early check in / late checks out is subject to availability of rooms.
• Surcharge may applicable if travel in weekends.
• Cancellation charges would apply as per company policy.
• Granting or rejecting visas and immigration clearance is the sole prerogative of the concerned sovereign governments and we at Travelz O Trip can only facilitate in the entire process. We at Travelz O Trip shall neither be responsible in case of non-granting of such documents. Even if the visas are rejected, cancellation charges / fees shall be payable by the Client. There will be no refund, if the Clients, or any member of his party, is unable to travel due to the said reasons.
