Day 1 : Colombo – Pinnawala – Kandy

Arrive in Colombo. Proceed to Kandy. En route visit Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage, a home for retired and orphaned elephants. On arrival in Kandy, enjoy some free time before the welcome dinner.

Day 2 : Kandy

Full day conference or business session. Gala dinner in the evening.

Day 3 : Kandy

Visit Ceylon Tea Factory, Kandy Lake, Temple of the Tooth Relic, Kandy Town, Bazaar, Arts and Crafts Centre, Gems Museum, and Lapidary. Enjoy a traditional Sri Lankan Dance Show in the evening.

Day 4 : Peradeniya – Colombo

Visit the Peradeniya Botanical Gardens. Proceed to Colombo. In Colombo,Free time for relaxation or shopping in the evening.

Day 5 : Departure from Colombo

City tour includes 100-year-old clock tower, British built colonial buildings, and Bandaranaike Memorial International. Later visit Gagngaramaya Temple near the picturesque Beira Lake, followed by a visit to the Museum and Independence Hall. Spend some time shopping at Odel Shopping Mall. Board the flight for your hometown in the evening. Tour concludes.

Payment Terms :
Advance 50% payment to book your seat
100% balance payment at least 30 days before the commencement of tour
Refund policy in case of cancellation:
80% of total cost if cancelled 60 days or more before the commencement of tour
50% of total cost if cancelled 30 days to 59 days before the commencement of tour
20% of total cost if cancelled 16 days to 29 days before the commencement of tour
No refund if cancelled 15 days or lesser before the commencement of tour

Term and Conditions:

• The above rates are based on minimum 20 persons travelling together
• Child below 12 years can share the bed with the parents with an extra cost.
• Airfares may change without any notice at any time during the validity of the package.
• Rates are subject to change based on availability and date of travel (Peak season/ Conference/ Holiday period surcharges would apply).
• Weekend surcharge may be applicable if any.
• International check in time is 1400 hours, check out time is 1200 hours. Early check in / late checks out is subject to availability of rooms.
• Surcharge may applicable if travel in weekends.
• Cancellation charges would apply as per company policy.
• Granting or rejecting visas and immigration clearance is the sole prerogative of the concerned sovereign governments and we at Travelz O Trip can only facilitate in the entire process. We at Travelz O Trip shall neither be responsible in case of non-granting of such documents. Even if the visas are rejected, cancellation charges / fees shall be payable by the Client. There will be no refund, if the Clients, or any member of his party, is unable to travel due to the said reasons.
