Day 1 : Zurich – Lucerne

Arrive in Zurich. En-route take a photo stop at Zurich Lake. Proceed to Lucerne. Enjoy Lake Lucerne dinner cruise with Swiss Folklore music.

Day 2 : Lucerne

Full day conference/business session with gala dinner in the evening.

Day 3 : Lucerne – Mt Titlis – Lucerne

Visit Engelberg – Mt. Titlis to experience ‘Rotair Titlis’ – World’s 1st Revolving cable car ride to Mt. Titlis and visit Ice Grotto, thrilling Ice Flyer ride and Snow sliding.

Day 4 : Lucern-Jungfraujoch-Lucerne

Visit Jungfraujoch – top of Europe. Take a Cogwheel train from Lauterbrunnen to Europe’s highest railway station Jungfraujoch via Kleine Scheidegg station. Visit Ice Palace with Ice sculptures and Sphinx Terrace.

Day 5 : Departure from Lucern – Zürich

Proceed to Zurich airport to board the flight to your hometown. Take back souvenirs and memories of a wonderful trip, arranged to perfection in true Travelz O Trip, MICE style.

Payment Terms :
Advance 50% payment to book your seat
100% balance payment at least 30 days before the commencement of tour
Refund policy in case of cancellation:
80% of total cost if cancelled 60 days or more before the commencement of tour
50% of total cost if cancelled 30 days to 59 days before the commencement of tour
20% of total cost if cancelled 16 days to 29 days before the commencement of tour
No refund if cancelled 15 days or lesser before the commencement of tour

Term and Conditions:

• The above rates are based on minimum 20 persons travelling together
• Child below 12 years can share the bed with the parents with an extra cost.
• Airfares may change without any notice at any time during the validity of the package.
• Rates are subject to change based on availability and date of travel (Peak season/ Conference/ Holiday period surcharges would apply).
• Weekend surcharge may be applicable if any.
• International check in time is 1400 hours, check out time is 1200 hours. Early check in / late checks out is subject to availability of rooms.
• Surcharge may applicable if travel in weekends.
• Cancellation charges would apply as per company policy.
• Granting or rejecting visas and immigration clearance is the sole prerogative of the concerned sovereign governments and we at Travelz O Trip can only facilitate in the entire process. We at Travelz O Trip shall neither be responsible in case of non-granting of such documents. Even if the visas are rejected, cancellation charges / fees shall be payable by the Client. There will be no refund, if the Clients, or any member of his party, is unable to travel due to the said reasons.
