Day-01 Arrive Kolkata

Arriving at the airport, meet and assist upon arrival at Kolkata Airport and then transfer to the hotel for check-in. Stay the night at the hotel in Kolkata

Day 02 : Kolkata

After breakfast, full-day sightseeing tour around Kolkata taking in the High Court Building, Oldest Catholic Church in Calcutta, Howrah bridge, National Museum, Victoria memorial etc. Dinner and Overnight at the Hotel.

Day 03 : Kolkata

Breakfast at hotel. A full day of sightseeing Flower Market, Belur Math, Dakshineshwar Kali Temple, Mother Teresa House etc. Dinner and overnight at the Hotel.

Day-04 : Kolkata – Bisnupur

Bishnupur was established in the Gupta Period. Names like the Malla Dynasty known as “Malla” or “Wrestlers” are represented on these Terracota panels. There are numerous Wrestling characters depicted on the panels. While there, you can go to “Antpur” which is where is the Terracota Temple situated, having Stories of Ramayana & Mahabharata on the walls. There is also a Rural Textile weaving centre. Continue to Bishnupur through the beautiful Bengal villages along the route .Post lunch, visit to view additional temples constructed out of Terracotta along with Laterite Stone. Overnight and dinner at Bishnupur

Day-05 : Bisnupur

After breakfast, After breakfast, visit the most significant Teracota Temples of the Malla Dynasty made in 16th century. Then , you can visit “Panchmura” Village, where all the village members make its Famous Terracota Horses and toys.Post lunch, visit the weaving village of the renowned ” Baluchori Sarees” of Bengal. Outstanding depiction of mythological tales on these Silk sarees. It is a unique feature. Stay the night in Bishnupur.

Day-06: Bisnupur – Shantiniketan

After breakfast, head to Shantiniketan. The area is well-known for Rabindra Nath Tagore and the university he founded “Biswabharati”. The work in the form of “Batik” is printed onto Cotton and Silk fabric is evident in this area. Post lunch, visit University Campus, Museum and “Batik” Printing locations and a village of famous local folk musicians called ” Baul’. Baul Song along with Shaotal dances are organized.Overnight in Shantiniketan.

Day-07: Shantiniketan – Murshidabad

Post breakfast, depart to Murshidabad Hotel Check-in After lunch, take a trip to Sericulture Institution with Prior appointment and enjoy a private tour to the Murshidabad Silk Centre as well as a few weavers. Retire to the hotel in the evening dinner, and then stay the night in Murshidabad.

Day-08: Murshidabad

After breakfast, take a tour of the Historical locations of Murshidabad Visit the most famous Terracota Temple in Barranagar along the River Ganges, then visit Jain complex, where Jain Temples are located, Katra Mosque and the famous Hazar Duari Palace (having 1000 Doors),of Devi Singh, there are also some interesting abandoned palaces that we can see from the outside. Back to the hotel, dinner and then stay the night in Murshidabad.

Day-09 : Murshidabad Day-09: Murshidabad Krisna Nagar

After breakfast, take a drive to famous textile weaving villages in Samudragarh and walk through the village to see the process of weaving Sarees. Also, visit the Kalna Terracota Temples as well as Guptipara Temple, Most people living in the area are Vaishnavite in their faith, drive through Krishna Nagar for overnight stay.

Day 10: Krisna Nagar Kolkata Departure

Post breakfast , travel to Kolkata. Explore the famous “Tant” weaving Cotton Sarees from Bengal in Shantipur, Fulia & Ranaghat The three locations are on the return journey to Kolkata when you arrive Kolkata and depart transfer to the next destination.
